Note to self


Breathe
Breathe


Relax
Take your time
Slow down
Drink water
Eat when hungry
Don't be so hard on yourself
Just deal with what is in front of you
Don't worry about the housework or the "to do" list or the washing or the mess
Make a cup of tea


Play with the boys
Walk along the river
Go to the zoo
Plant veges in the back garden
Enjoy them and their childhood - it's all too short.
Count your blessings.


Breathe
Breathe


And repeat again.............
